Construction Schedule

3-WEEK LOOK AHEAD AND LANE CLOSURE SCHEDULE BELOW

Slurry Seal operation is in progress. A road-by-road schedule for slurry seal is posted below.

The remaining slurry seal work for the Live Oak neighborhood is scheduled to be completed on Tuesday, August 5th.

The Contractor will post no parking signs and doorknob hangers 48-hours in advance of slurry seal. During slurry seal operations, driveway access will be temporarily blocked for up to a few hours. Please plan accordingly. It is important not to drive on the slurry seal while it is wet!

Paving on Murphy Crossing Rd is scheduled for Friday, August 8th.

Note: The roads list that we sent to residents in our outreach letter contained typos (the treatments for some roads in the West Seacliff neighborhood were listed incorrectly). This has been corrected in the above linked roads list.

Live Oak

Includes:

Soquel Ave, Paul Minnie Ave, Jose Ave, Schooner Ct, Mariana Ct, Adelaida Ct, Foster Ct, Leila Ct, Dustin Wy, and a portion of Rodriguez St.

Soquel

Includes:

Portions of Main St, East Walnut St, and Park Ave.

West Seacliff

Includes:

Margaret Ave, Gertrude Ave, Laverne Ave, Harriet Ave, Mar Vista Ave, Ord St, Pine St, Poplar St, Poplar Ct, Maple St, Cedar St, Middlefield Dr, Oakdale Dr, Cross Wy, and portions of Spruce St and Seacliff Dr.

Swanton Road

Includes:

Swanton Rd from Highway 1 (south side) to Scott Creek Bridge.

Aromas

Includes:

Rogge Ln and Murphy Crossing

Moran Lake Parking Lot

The Moran Lake parking lot (on East Cliff Dr) will be resurfaced on behalf of Santa Cruz County Parks.
